Meet Our Therapists

Meet Allison

Hi, I'm Allison! I'm a speech-language pathologist, business owner, dog mom to Echo, and someone who is obsessed with chickens.

I started Sagebrush Speech Therapy because I wanted to create a place where people feel truly heard, supported, and understood. After working in a variety of healthcare settings, I saw how difficult it could be for individuals and families to get personalized care that focused on what mattered most to them. I wanted to build a practice where therapy is meaningful, collaborative, and centered around real-life goals.

I've spent my career helping adults with communication, thinking, memory, and swallowing challenges related to concussion, traumatic brain injury, stroke, Parkinson's disease, ADHD, dementia, and other neurological conditions.

I help adults with cognitive, communication, voice, and swallowing challenges so they can participate more fully in the activities, relationships, and roles that matter most to them. Whether that means returning to work, keeping up with conversations, staying independent at home, or feeling confident in daily life, my goal is to provide practical, evidence-based strategies that create meaningful change.

Outside of the clinic, I'm passionate about supporting the neurological community in Central Oregon. I serve as the secretary for the Central Oregon Parkinson's Council, volunteer presenter for Stroke Awareness Oregon, and co-facilitate the brain injury support group. Helping people thrive both inside and outside of therapy is at the heart of everything I do.

Meet Kaylee

Office Admin Assistant

Hi, I'm Kaylee! I'm a mama to a very inquisitive three year old girl and a joyful baby boy. I'm a sucker for a good thriller book and an iced chai tea. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Western Kentucky University and spent five years teaching 4th and 5th grade before joining the Sagebrush team.

I love connecting with our patients and families and helping make their experience at Sagebrush smooth and welcoming. My background in education helped me develop strong organization, communication, and problem solving skills. I want every person who walks through our doors to feel seen, valued, and cared for.

Meet Grace

Speech-Language Pathologist

Hi, I'm Grace! I'm a speech-language pathologist, outdoor enthusiast, dog mom to Biscuit, and travel lover. I recently moved from Pennsylvania to Bend and have loved exploring all that Central Oregon has to offer. When I'm not working, you'll find me hiking, spending time with Biscuit, planning my next adventure, or discovering a new favorite coffee shop.

I'm passionate about helping people feel connected, confident, and empowered in their everyday lives. I love getting to know my patients and their families, understanding what matters most to them, and creating therapy that is personalized to their goals.

One of my favorite parts of being a speech-language pathologist is building meaningful relationships and celebrating progress along the way.

I have experience in outpatient rehabilitation and home health, helping adults with communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing needs. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care focused on helping each person participate more fully in the relationships, activities, and routines that make life meaningful.

I help adults overcome communication, cognitive, and swallowing challenges so they can feel more confident, independent, and connected in everyday life.

Meet Kris

Hi, I'm Kris! I'm a speech-language pathologist, mom of two grown children, and "Nana" to my adorable granddaughter. I moved from Iowa to Oregon in 2022, and I am so grateful to live near my children and family here in beautiful Bend.

I've been an SLP for over 30 years and truly love what I do. Throughout my career, I've worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, home health, skilled nursing facilities, and pediatric speech therapy clinics. I was drawn to Sagebrush Speech Therapy because it allows me to work one on one with each client, build meaningful relationships, and make a real difference in their daily lives.

I enjoy helping adults improve communication, cognition, voice, speech clarity, and swallowing. My goal is to support each person in achieving what matters most to them, whether that's returning to work, communicating confidently with loved ones, being understood on the phone, or enjoying meals more comfortably.

When I'm not at work, you can usually find me reading, crafting, attending live music, trying new restaurants, spending time with family and friends, or exploring all that Oregon has to offer.

Meet Lindsay

Speech-Language Pathologist

Hi, I’m Lindsay! Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running, spending time with my three young kiddos, or trying to become the plant lady I aspire to be. With three little ones at home, my TV rotation is currently a little less “prestige television” and a lot more Miss Rachel!

I’m passionate about making therapy personal, meaningful, and centered around the individual. I believe people deserve to feel heard, understood, and involved in their own care. That’s a big part of why I was so excited to join Sagebrush and its commitment to truly patient-centered care.

I bring extensive experience from Winchester Medical Center, where I worked across a variety of rehabilitation settings and supported adults with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.

I love getting to know each patient as a whole person and finding practical ways to help therapy carry over into the things that matter most in everyday life.

I help adults improve communication, cognition, voice, speech clarity, and swallowing.so they can feel more confident, independent, and connected in their everyday lives.

Meet Echo

Greeting, Wagging, and Petting Department Head

Hi, I'm Echo! I proudly serve as Sagebrush Speech Therapy's Head of Greeting, Wagging, and Petting. My specialties include making people smile, offering comfort, and reminding everyone to stop for a well deserved pet or two.

I take my job very seriously. Research shows that pets can support cognitive and mental well being, so I do my best to provide encouragement, companionship, and plenty of tail wags.

My favorite part of the day is meeting our patients and families and bringing a little extra joy to their visit. I can't wait to meet you!
